What is EFT Tapping? 

EFT tapping is a powerful mind-body tool that helps you reduce stress and enhance your overall well-being. It can also empower you to reset your motivation, rebuild your confidence and realise success.


Supported by numerous scientific studies, EFT tapping is used worldwide to alleviate physical, mental and emotional tension. Dissolving these - often unconscious - tensions helps unlock your and discover own inner resources and creativity. 


EFT works by tapping on specific energy meridians in the body. This helps release negative emotions, limiting beliefs, and self-doubt. It is easy to learn and can be done independently once you grasp the basics.

Frequently asked questions

No. While talk therapy involves discussing and exploring issues verbally, EFT combines meridian tapping with a unique verbal processing sequence that focuses on feelings, not facts. Although many licensed therapists, psychologists, and doctors do use EFT tapping in a clinical setting, I solely use it for stress release and personal development (coaching).


Our focus when you work with me is on releasing stress and painful emotions associated with your personal goals and challenges. If we happen to encounter deeper issues, we can set them aside for you to address with a therapist when you are ready, or we can gently release the emotional charge using EFT. However, clinical help and exploration are best left to licensed professionals. I am not a psychologist, and I am not qualified to work with acute clinical issues, though I am happy to work alongside your healthcare team, with their and your written permission.

EFT works by addressing the connection between emotions, thoughts, and physical stress. Through a guided process, we identify and release negative emotions and beliefs by tapping on specific meridian points on the face and upper torso.  Multiple previous studies and emerging evidence show us that tapping helps restore balance to your energy/nervous system, lowers cortisol, improves gene expression and promotes emotional freedom, which builds self-empowerment.

Yes and no. Self-administered EFT tapping is generally safe and beneficial for people of all ages and backgrounds. It is a versatile tool for managing stress. However, it is not recommended for those with dissociative conditions, severe active PTSD flashbacks, or severe traumatic memories to try this at home on their own. In these cases, it is best to seek the guidance and support of a licensed professional trained in EFT or an experienced EFT practitioner. If you have any of these conditions or want to use EFT for a severe traumatic memory, I can help you find a suitable professional.

I had a boss who was really difficult and bullied me at work. EFT tapping helped me deal with the stress and tension, so I could think clearly and feel better. It even helped me view and handle the situation differently. I became less affected by their behaviour and was able to do my job without much trouble. It also gave me the confidence and energy to get my dream job and leave that horrible person behind. 


In our sessions, you will learn techniques to manage stress and handle specific challenges at work. It will help change your stress response and give you new ideas for dealing with your workload and situation. You can also use EFT tapping between sessions, which will bring quick changes in your stress levels and work outcomes.

If we both think we're a good fit and after you review our coaching contract, you can schedule a kickoff session without making any payment. I won't pressure you to make this decision live, I will send you the contract to read at your leisure. 


During the kickoff session, we'll talk about your goals and create a plan to address your specific needs. We'll start with some basic EFT tapping exercises to release physical stress. This session will help you decide if EFT tapping and working with me are right for you. If they are, you will pay for your package and book the remaining sessions. If not, we will part as friends. I've designed this process to make sure I work only with committed and genuine clients.
